We normally vacation in the southern part of the Ozarks, we’ve been doing this for years. For some reason, this year the unthinkable happened, and after talking with our neighbor we had to cut our vacation in half and hit the road for the 7 hour drive.

We arrived on site, and the Premier Cleaning crew was already there after coordinating with our neighbor who had the garage opener.

What a thankful sight to see! After parking we got out and prepared ourselves to move wet furniture when we realized all of the big and small items had been already moved into our garage.

Premier uses de-humidifiers and fans like most normal water extraction and restoration companies use, but they also use heat blasters that force water in the walls, cracks, and crannies to evaporate. The humidity is then sucked out the window by their fans. Although it was quite hot, about 90 degrees at one point, the whole place was bone dry in a little over 48 hours after removing the soaked and ruined carpet. Talk about quick!

Thanks to Premier we have a dry basement and with insurance on speed dial, we are going after restoring our basement to a usable and fresh state. They have saved us time, money, and it’s always nice to know they are close at hand locally. Our entire neighborhood was curious what was going on at our house, and we’ve let them know who to call when the unthinkable happens. When you need to call insurance for water issues, tell them you want to use Premier. Period.
